Installation of 60 Head Flow Meter Filler. Additional improvements included increased line efficiency, and decreased time between change overs.

Relocation of Evaporative Cooler to Line 2. Controls Upgrade of Process System 2 (70gpm) integrating existing Filler, empty and full bottle conveyor systems.

Controls Upgrade for Triple Effect Falling Film Evaporator. The project provided additional through put via PLC and HMI, which previously did not exist for operator.

Managed Integrator and Electrical Installaiton for Process System 4 (140gpm) with new 30 Head Flow Meter Filler. The new Filler required integration into the existing empty and full conveyor systems.

Managed Integrator and Electrical Installaiton for Paste Delivery System 4. The project provided repeatable delivery of blended paste, resulting in improved yield.

Managed multiple Integrators and Electrical Installation for new Line 9. The new line was engineered for 650cpm but ran 760cpm before the end of fresh pack season while averaging OEE greater then 85%.

Managed multiple Integrators and Electrical Installation for new Line 0. The new line included new batch system, process system, filler, empty and full bottle conveyor systems, palletizer, and wrapper.

Produce general arrangement drawings and schematics using AutoCAD to build electrical control panels from client specifications.

Design electrical control panels to integrate the controls of a particular system that involved products such as; Verti-Sorters, CTX (X-Ray) Machines, Fire Doors, Draft Curtains, Diverters, Deflectors, Scanners, Crisplant Tilt Tray Sorters, Maxi Claims, Transitread, and Transport conveyors.

Implemented controls using Photoeyes, Control Stations (pushbuttons and lights), Beacons, Horns, NEMA and IEC Motor Starters, Limit Switches, Relays, Circuit Breakers, VFDs, Brake Resistors, Transformers, Fuses, and PLCs - Square D "Modicon" and Allen-Bradley "MicroLogix, SLC, PLC-5, ControlLogix, DeviceNet, and FlexLogix".

Order parts and follow up with questions during fabrication and field installation processes.

Assisted with creating the new design for a single conveyor motor control panel. Predicted to save 20% that is spent for electrical installation.

Assisted in developing standards for drawings and documentation within my team and the company.

Generate documents such as; Quotes, Electrical Cut Sheets, Spare Parts List, Shipping Lists, Transmittals, Submittals, and Controls System Descriptions.
